Re-ActivateWellness requires clients to have a valid credit card on file when booking appointments.
Why Are We Requiring a Credit Card on File?

How Does It Work?
- A valid credit card will be securely stored in our system on your profile, when you book your appointment.
- We will never charge your card without your knowing, and alternate payment options are always available at the time of session.
- You may pay with your preferred payment method every time each visit or use your card on file for convenience.
- Last-minute cancellations will be charged to the card on file unless other arrangements are agreed upon. Please refer to our cancellation policy
- Whenever your card is charged you will receive receipt via email on account. Please keep your contact information up-to-date.

- We are committed to protecting your privacy. Your credit card information is stored securely and encrypted through a PCI-compliant payment system.
- Your data will never be shared or used for any purpose other than payment processing.
