From Elana:

Before becoming a Licensed Massage Therapist, I spent many years as a software developer and executive. Like many professionals, I worked long hours behind a desk. Although I understood the importance of exercise, I struggled to stay consistent.

Everything changed when I started working with a personal trainer. He showed me that lasting health doesn’t come from quick fixes. Instead, it comes from building sustainable habits and addressing each body’s unique needs.

That experience transformed my life. Since then, I have embraced an active lifestyle that includes strength training, hiking, running, and pickleball. More importantly, it inspired me to help others move without pain and enjoy the activities they love.

As my journey continued, I recognized a common challenge. Many people don’t lack motivation. Instead, pain, stiffness, injuries, and chronic medical conditions limit their ability to stay active. Therefore, telling someone to “exercise more” rarely solves the problem. First, they need to move comfortably and confidently.

I founded Re-ActivateWellness to provide a supportive, one-on-one environment focused entirely on each individual. Rather than rushing from client to client, I dedicate my time and attention to your specific needs. Every treatment plan reflects your goals, your condition, and your lifestyle.

My mission is simple: to help people reduce pain, restore movement, and return to the active lives they deserve. Whether you want to walk comfortably, play with your grandchildren, return to pickleball, or simply enjoy daily activities again, I will help you achieve your goals.

Together, we’ll create a personalized plan that combines medical massage and corrective exercise. Along the way, you’ll improve mobility, build strength, prevent future injuries, and gain the confidence to stay active for years to come.e.
